Kaizer Chiefs will look to return to winning form in the Absa Premiership when they host Bloemfontein Celtic at FNB Stadium on Wednesday, 19 February 2014, kick-off at 19h30.

"We have got back a few of the players we have rested over the weekend when we played in Namibia. We have a fresh look about the Team," said Baxter ahead of the much awaited encounter.

"This is always a difficult game. We know very well that we have to give a good performance if we want to get anything out of this game. It is a big game for us in terms of keeping the momentum. The game will be interesting because Celtic also have been having a clear way of playing.

It will be a very good game of football. It is going to be an entertaining one," commented Baxter.

"We prepared the same way we usually do. We have pulled a couple of aspects in our game that we think will suit them badly and we have raised a finger for aspects in their game that can cause us problems if we allow them to," continued Baxter.

"We want to work much on our mental play. People talk about jaded and heavy programme but of course if we feel sorry for ourselves it is yes a heavy programme," commented Baxter.

"The are a very well organised Team. They play good football and because of the nature of their Coach he always want to make them difficult to break down. We know roughly what they are going to be about. Everything is all about us performing and doing the things we always talk about.

"Gould is still out with an ankle injury. Kingston has recovered and will be ready to play. Moleko is serving the last of his two match suspension. Tsepo has returned to training," said Baxter.

Chiefs saw their winning run in the league ended at nine games after they were held 2-2 away to Maritzburg United in their last outing.

The Soweto giants are unbeaten at home this season and have claimed 20 points from eight matches as host.

The Amakhosi are placed first on the Absa Premiership log with 40 points from 18 matches.

In head-to-head stats, Chiefs and Celtic have met in 52 league matches since 1985.

The Amakhosi have 29 wins compared to 10 for Phunya Sele Sele, while 13 matches have been drawn.

Chiefs have won no less than 21 of their 26 home matches against Celtic down the years, suffering just two defeats in the process.
