In an unfortunate post-match incident on the pitch at Port Elizabeth’s Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, a supporter was shot and died.

Kaizer Chiefs Chairman Kaizer Motaung deeply regrets the incident.

He has the following words of comfort for the family of the Amakhosi supporter, who passed away under such tragic circumstances:
