Chiefs will this scorching hot afternoon go into their 17 DStv Premiership match of the current season against SuperSport with 5 changes when compared to the team that started the last game against AmaZulu on Wednesday.
The coach has been forced to make three changes with Darrel Matsheke suspended, Happy Mashiane injured and Mulomowandau Mathoho failing a late fitness test. Mathoho will be replaced by Anthony Akumu Agay at the back, Katsande will come on for Matsheke and Leonardo Castro will be in for Mashiane. Two tactical change will see Njabulo Blom come on for Daniel Cardoso in midfield and Bernard Parker for Philani Zulu.
Chiefs’ defensive line will have Reeve Frosler on the left, Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Agay in central defence, while Siyabonga Ngezana will play on the right.
Katsande and Blom will play the defensive role in Amakhosi’s midfield. They will have Nkosingiphile Ngcobo on the left and Parker on the right of Amakhosi’s midfield.
Coach Hunt has opted for two strikers with Castro partnering Samir Nurković.
The match referee is Victor Hlungwani. Assistants are Tshepo Nojila and Moeketsi Molelekoa. The fourth official will be Kenny Mamegwa.
The DStv Premiership match between The Phefeni Glamour Boys and Matsatsantsa a Pitori will commence at 15:00 at FNB Stadium. No spectators will be allowed in the stadium.
