The month of August is commemorated as Women’s month in South Africa. To this end, it is only fitting that this month’s not-to-be-missed episode of KCTV pays tribute to women of this country and the world. We feature some of our strong women who work hard to ensure they contribute towards building the Kaizer Chiefs brand. These ladies will share some of the challenges and experiences of being a woman. They will also share some words of hope and encouragement in our first segment which focuses on KC women.
With football returning this month, much to many people’s excitement, we chat to one of players about the significance of his jersey number. This is as we celebrate 50 years of existence. We look at players of yesteryear who carried some of these number in the past.
In our Health & Fitness feature, we are with youngster Nkosingiphile ‘Mshini’ Ngcobo and Samir ‘Kokota Piano’ Nurković, who will be able to show some of the work they were doing while they were at home during the lockdown with their exercise routine under the guidance of the team’s professional trainers as they train in the KC High Performance Centre.
In the ‘My Ink’ segment this month we look at three people within the Amakhosi set-up, including striker Leonardo Castro. We continue to hear some interesting about our boys and their tattoos.
