When the coach pulled you out in one match, you openly cried, was it because you are an emotional person?

Abia Nale: (takes a sigh) I am not emotional but I was going through a lot at that moment. It is something I do not like to talk about…its personal!
How do you define yourself and what motivates you?

Abia Nale: I am very humble, down to earth, hard working guy who knows what he wants in life, where he comes from and where he is going. I want to be the best and I always set myself goals on a daily basis.
Do you watch European games and learn something from them?

Abia Nale: I do not watch lot of soccer on television. When I do watch I learn a lot in terms of tactical discipline of the players in Europe.
You not longer taking players on like the first time when you arrived at Chiefs…

Abia Nale: Games are different and so are the coaches. I played just behind the strikers during Muhsin Ertugral tenure where I was allowed to drift to wide positions. I am now playing on the as a left-winger and sometimes on the right. The most important thing for me is to follow the coach’s instructions.
Who is your favourite player at Kaizer Chiefs and which player gives you tough time?

Abia Nale: Knowledge Musona is my favourite player at Chiefs. He is destined for big things and I like his confidence. There are quite number of guys who give me tough time at Chiefs like Valery Nahayo, who always kicks me (laughing), the same with Tshifiwa Mmbooi and Spanner (Lawrence Molekwane).
At PSL, it is Lucas Thwala at Orlando Pirates and there is a reason for that (laughing).
Which area of your game needs improvement and what are your ambitions as a Kaizer Chiefs player?

Abia Nale: I want to win more trophies with the Club. I am currently working on fine-tuning my finishing as I am of a provider now.
Are you married? Are you not disappointed that you are not part of the Bafana Bafana camps?

Abia Nale: (cutting in) I am not married and I also do not have a girlfriend. I am still looking (laughing). I am not disappointed at all that I have not been called in the national team. I have not achieved anything and for me I just have to continue working hard. My time will come, now it is not my time!
Are you a Christian?

Abia Nale: Yes, I am a Christian and a believer. I go to church on Sundays when we are free and sometimes on Wednesdays after training.
How does the nickname, “Soul Provider” sits with you?

Abia Nale: I think that nickname should change now (laughing). I will be scoring on a regular basis next season so the fans should start thinking about another nickname.

How is it like to play for Kaizer Chiefs as compared to Golden Arrows? What car do you drive and what car would you like to drive?

Abia Nale: There is not much difference although I must say that in terms of professionalism Kaizer Chiefs is step ahead of Golden Arrows. Chiefs are also a big team and you get lot of attention from supporters who demand 150% on the field.
I do not have a car at the moment and my dream car is X5 and Porsche Carriera.
What is the meaning of your name Abia? Honestly, what happened when you left the field crying?

Abia Nale: It means God is my father! Nothing happened really, I was just happy that we had beaten Golden Arrows and the team had scored two goals (laughing).
What is you future plans except football?

You do not seem to keep your foot steadily on the ground and you always falling, why is that?

Abia Nale: I think at times I try turning too quickly…I do not know. I tried wearing six studs but also they do not seem to be working.
Would you share the feeling when you first met Bra K (Mr. Kaizer Motaung)…

Abia Nale: It was a dream come true for me to meet a man of his caliber. I had always looked forward to the day when I will meet him, he was also happy to see me. I made a promise on that day that I will never disappoint this man.
