On the 1st of July we launched a USSD campaign to all branches who submitted a stadium attendance form to Cecil Motaung. The purpose of the on-going campaign is to get to know our Branches better. We are asking every member of a branch to submit their details individually using the USSD string.
We therefore want to acknowledge the branch who supported the campaign the best and that branch is Kroonstad branch in the Free State.
If you are travelling to Cape Town from Johannesburg along the N1 you will pass the town of Kroonstad after about three hours of travelling. It is the third largest town in the Free state. The name of the town translated from Afrikaans means crown city and indeed it is aptly applicable to the Kroonstad Kaizer Chiefs branch who have a reputation for going the extra mile and they have done it once again.
