Coach Steve Komphela has made a few changes to the starting line-up compared to Saturday’s loss to Mamelodi Sundowns.
George Lebese comes back in the starting XI, while Tsepo Masilela replaces the injured Sibusiso Khumalo.
The speedy winger Edmore Chirambadare will also start.
Amakhosi host SuperSport United tonight in an Absa Premiership match at Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium (kick-off is at 19:30).
Matsatsantsa have several players in their line-up, who played in the past for Chiefs: Reyaad Pieterse, Morgan Gould, Thuso Phala and Reneilwe Letsholonyane. The side is coached by Stuart Baxter, who coached Amakhosi from 2012 to 2015.
The encounter will be refereed by Phillip Thinyani.
