Amakhosi legend Gardner Seale will visit Kaizer Chiefs’ pop-up store today at 12 in Vodacom World, Midrand. He will stay for two hours to greet the Amakhosi faithful, sign autographs, pose for pictures and, of course, to discuss Saturday’s Soweto Derby. Seale played in numerous Derbies with Chiefs usually coming out on top.

“I am looking forward to mix with the supporters,” enthuses the former left-back, who played for Amakhosi in the nineties. “I have been in the retail store before and I absolutely love it. I am going to check if there is something new for myself to buy as well. It’s tomorrow the Derby and I certainly want to wear something new.”

There is enough to choose from. Chiefs’ store in Midrand has a full range of authentic merchandise on sale, including the new 2015/2016 Nike jersey, both the home and the away, which sells at R750 (the same amount as at the Village’s retail shop), while the normal going price is R799.

Another advantage for supporters to buy the new jersey at Chiefs’ own shops are the authentic KC jersey numbers.

Supporters that buy the 2014/2015 home or away jersey will get two tickets to the Soweto Derby on Saturday, 31 October (as long as stock lasts).

The 2012/2013 Championship jersey can also still be bought, it will go for only R120 at the pop-up shop in Midrand.

A good range of past jerseys of the past - home and away – will be available as well for great value.

The 2014/2015 Championship jersey will go for only R450, a price especially made for the retail shop at Vodacom World, as it usually sells for R529.
