Letsholonyane faces the media

Bafana Bafana were back at work on Monday after being given the day off by Coach Carlos Alberto Parreira on Sunday. Chiefs midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane, who was named as South Africa's man-of-the-match when they defeated Denmark in a friendly international match on Saturday, was one of the selected players to address the daily media briefing.

Letsholonyane who shared the podium with Fulham midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi, spoke of the importance of Bafana Bafana continuing to stick to their game plan if they wish to progress far at the World Cup.

"Denmark are a very good team and we managed to beat them as a team and if we continue doing what we have been doing together as a unit, we will be successful at the World Cup" explained Letsholonyane.

With Bafana's opening FIFA World Cup match just days away Letsholonyane is not particularly concerned if he is in the starting eleven against Mexico on Friday afternoon, and he is equally at ease with whoever he is partnered with in the centre of midfield. "To me I am comfortable playing with any body alongside me. It is not upto me who plays with me or whether or not I play at all that is purely up to coach, we have to support who ever represents the team".
