Coach Muhsin Ertugral praised all the youngsters for their gutsy performance but cautioned that the players must keep their feet on the ground.
"We still have a long way to go," said Ertugral. "The season has not yet begun but I am very impressed with the attitude of the players."
Ertugral said Amakhosi could have won by a wider margin had it not been for Bucks' good defending. "We missed a couple of chances and I sure we could have scored about five goals. But the most important thing is that some of the new players got a run," he said.
The coach showed off former Rabali Blackpool striker Richard Lishivhi, who displayed all the characters of a great striker on his first game for Amakhosi. Thabiso "Skapie" Malatsi, who was recently promoted from the development academy, also had a run and the coach was very impressed.
"(Isaac) Mabotsa and (Gerald) Sibeko were also impressive and I sure they are going to play a crucial role in our league campaign next season," said Ertugral.
"We have to start playing attacking and exciting football next season," Ertugral said.
