Maluleka earned the Man of the Match award following a scintillating performance in the MTN 8 semifinal first leg against Platinum Stars played in Rustenburg on Saturday night.

Maluleka summed up his excitement, when he said,

"I feel great. We played well as a team and at the end it was a hard fought victory."

Maluleka drilled in a scorcher in the 50th and capped his night with a curler at the death.

"It's great to score, especially crucial away goals, so I am happy with that. I didn't put myself under any pressure when I missed a few in the past games. That is why I was still confident going into this game," said Maluleka.
