Masango was substituted in the World Cup last 16 clash against Ghana after complaining of a back problem. He resumed training with his teammates on Tuesday and on Wednesday left the training grounds showing no signs of injury.
“I am not feeling any discomfort on my back. I was bit worried as my back was very sore last week. I will be ready this weekend if called upon by the Technical Team,” he told kaizerchiefs.com following a taxing training session under the watchful eye of the Serbian, Vladimir Vermezovic.
Mandla, who scored on his debut back in July 2007 against Benoni Premier United, has made 26 overall appearances for Kaizer Chiefs and has showed this season that he is going to be a force to be reckoned with in the near future.
