Coach Steve Komphela had to slightly change his line-up compared to the last competitive match before the Fifa-break.
Ramahlwe Mphahlele returned from international duty with an injury, while centre-back Erick Mathoho has a family bereavement.
They are replaced by Kgotso Moleko and Daniel Cardoso, who will partner Lorenzo Gordinho in the centre of defence.
Amakhosi host Ajax Cape Town on Saturday at Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium (kick-off is at 18:00).
