Kgotso Moleko and Morgan Gould will start against Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank Cup Last 32 fixture on Saturday afternoon.
Moleko replaces Daniel Cardoso at the right-back position, while Gould will partner Erick Mathoho in the centre of defence. The reliable defender comes in for Lorenzo Gordinho, who is suspended for this Soweto Derby clash.
Cardoso will start on the bench.
Back in the squad is George Lebese, who missed recent matches due to a groin injury. The speedy winger will begin the game on the bench.
Amakhosi and the Buccaneers have faced each other 158 times since their first encounter in 1970. Chiefs won 67 of these matches, lost 37, while 49 games ended in a draw. Five matches were abandoned.
The two Soweto sides met each other already three times this season with the Bucs winning one. Two matches ended in a draw. One of these draws concerned the Telkom Knockout semi-final. The Glamour Boys won that clash on penalties.
Chiefs and Pirates face each other this afternoon in a Nedbank Cup Last 32 fixture at the FNB Stadium (kick-off is at 15:00).
