“I am focusing on scoring more goals for the club,” he calmly told kaizerchiefs.com following a grueling training session at the Club headquarters on Tuesday.
“I scored 8 goals last season for the Gunners in Zimbabwe and it was about time I open my account for the Amakhosi. It felt really great scoring a goal finally for the Club.
The coaching staff has been urging us to attack every time we get an opportunity. It happened that I scored on Sunday but most importantly we won the game against a very tough team, Maritzburg United,”
Jambo said it was very important to continue picking up points to put pressure on the log leaders.
“We cannot afford to drop any more points at this time of the season.
The game against Platinum Stars will be tough but we have to go out and win it,” added Jambo.
