Kaizer Chiefs received a boost ahead of their trip to Charles Mopeli Stadium, QwaQwa to face Free State Stars with duo Abia Nale and Jimmy Tau returning to full training.

Nale returned from a family bereavement leave following the passing away of his father early this month.

The ‘rejuvenated’ midfielder showed glimpses of what fans can expect this season when he tormented Orlando Pirates in the Carling Black Label, scoring early in the game before Pirates equalised late in the game and won on penalties.

Good news for the team is the return to full training of right back Jimmy Tau who suffered a fracture on his ankle in May; “Jimmy has been back with us on the training field for a couple of days now and has not complained of any pain. He is now working on his sharpness and we will continue to monitor his progress,” added Dave Milner.
