The Club is now waiting for feedback from Ali Ahli Doha, revealed Football Manager, Bobby Motaung, on Tuesday.
“I am back and I am sure the fans missed me already,” he said jokingly. “The Management will let me know the way forward with regards to the proposed move to Qatar. My focus now that I am back here (The Village) is to return back to my best and start playing as soon as I can,” he said.
Nengomasha said he watched the pre-season games, except the friendly game in Namibia. “I was very impressed with the way the guys played in the Charity Cup. However we cannot rest on our laurels because even last season we did well during pre-season but we had a bad start in the league.
“I am sure the guys who have been here for a while have learned that pre-season tournaments, although good for the preparation of the team, do not guarantee further success. We have a balanced squad of both youth and experience and all we need is a good start this season and anything is possible after that,” said Nengomasha.
