The NEW AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB will create a platform for the 14.5 million fans to interact in a meaningful way with the Brand. The Amakhosi Faithful are known for adopting the largest supported sports brand as a part of their lives, this new opportunity will allow them to really be a ‘part of the family’!

The SUPPORTERS CLUB will support the Kaizer Chiefs lifestyle by offering our fan base five levels of membership that span the ‘cradle to grave’ experience. The different membership tiers are based on two primary factors - life-needs and affordability.

New members can look forward to a number of offers, discounts and value added benefits specific to each tier. These benefits have been specially negotiated to ensure they have a real impact on our members’ day-to-day lives. We recognize that our Supporters are our biggest assets, and the AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB is our way of giving back. We make a big consumer promise to our members by saying that we “look after your health, your wealth, your education, your fun, your family and your future”.

The benefits range from medical care, an athletics and fitness club, bus transportation, debt rehabilitation, beauty products, Kaizer Chiefs merchandize, new cars, kiddies gym, distance learning courses and interactive study guides, car hire, hotels, eating out, theme parks, zoo’s, theaters, game parks, home improvement, appliances, stationery, auto spare parts, leisure reading – and this is to mention only but a few!

The day’s events will include entertainment from Legendary Gospel artist, Solly Moholo and Afro Pop Princess, Nhlanhla Nciza. Skydivers will be jumping on the day and games will be played between the Kaizer Chiefs Legend’s and Kaizer Chiefs Celebrity Teams.

Our Kids benefit offering is driven by fun days out and special events. Kid’s membership only costs R25 per year!

The AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB Youth card is edgy and full of amazing benefits that help our Youth get more from life. It gives the youth a real voice as they have their own identities, and as they are ultimately our future we want to help shape their future. The Youth benefits deliver on educational opportunities ranging from bursaries to internships and practical skills courses in addition to funky lifestyle benefits. To join will cost R50 per year!

The Classic AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB tier is the corner stone of the AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB and as they say, “A Classic never goes out of style”. There are more Classic members than any other tier as it caters more to the masses that form the bulk of the Kaizer Chiefs fan base. Membership to this tier is driven primarily by affordability factors. The real passion of the Brand exists within this tier and that is what makes it such an important tier. The benefits are focused on improving our members’ lifestyles and making their lives easier and better. Benefits address hygienic life needs such as health and medical care, helping people get out of debt and building their wealth by having budgets and saving plans. The benefits include discounts on spare parts for cars and help in affording good education and stationary for children. Classic members also get R5,000 free accidental death cover. It only costs R100 per year!

The Silver AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB caters for the LSM 5 – 6 brackets, which includes supervisor to middle management levels. It is aimed at a person who is passionate at making their mark on the world. Silver members get all the same benefits as the Classic AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB members plus car-hire, hotels, eating out, home improvement offers, home appliances and free accidental death cover to the value of R7,000. Silver membership sells for R250 per year!

Our Gold is the most sought after and precious! They are the AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB champions and their benefits include the entire Classic and all the Silver benefits and a whole lot more including R10, 000 worth of free accidental death-cover. Gold card costs R550 per year.

AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB Centres will be opened to provide a support function at grass-roots level. Kaizer Chiefs belongs to the people and therefore the AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB needs to be easily accessible for everyone. The first centre is at the Dhlamini Sports Complex in Soweto where our members can purchase AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB membership, legitimate merchandize at a discounted rate, have access to the internet and Kaizer Chiefs website, watch occasional games on a big screen in a hall with the capacity to seat 8,000 people, and much more. The AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB Centres also provide the Kaizer Chiefs Branches with a formal infrastructure and a venue to host meetings, and they will be rolled out nationwide over time.

The NEW AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB and AMAKHOSI SUPPORTERS CLUB Centres facilitate Kaizer Chiefs’ ability to mobilize our supporters using economical and efficient communication channels, including word-of-mouth. The centres will serve as a home away from home for the Amakhosi Faithful, as we welcome all family into the larger ‘Family Structures’!
