Kaizer Chiefs will meet their archrivals Orlando Pirates in the Soweto Derby on 6 December 2014, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) has confirmed as the new date on Thursday afternoon.

The fixture, initially scheduled for 1 November 2014, will now be played on Saturday, 6 December 2014 at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. Kick-off is at 15h30.

The League confirms that those who had purchased tickets through Computicket for the initial fixture date will be able to use them for 6 December 2014.

This follows last weekend’s postponement of matches for both Absa Premiership and National First Division (NFD).

The affected matches scheduled for the weekend of 31 October 2014 to 02 November 2014 are now moved to the weekend of 5-7 December 2014.

This means that fixtures initially scheduled for the weekend of 5-7 December 2014 will now be played on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2 and 3 December 2014.
