Niemach is quickly becoming a household name in the Amakhosi camp and his crucial goals in the BP Top Eight and the Coca-Cola Cup won him the honour ahead of Arthur Zwane and Thabo Mooki.
The poll, in which we randomly selected seven contenders for the month October, attracted over 6 500 votes of which Niemach got 31 percent of the total votes.
Zwane, who has been instrumental in supplying the Chiefs arsenal with crucial crosses, came second with over 18 percent.
Mooki, who also had a good month scoring two important goals in the Mandela Cup final, came third with 14 percent.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Brian Baloyi won the player of the month vote in October with 23 percent of the 3926 votes. Mooki closely followed him with 22 percent and Zwane was third with 21 percent.
