Kaizer Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter needed to make some changes for this evening’s encounter against Free State Stars. Morgan Gould and George Maluleka are suspended, while midfield hard man Willard Katsande will miss the game due to an injury.
The Zimbabwean will be replaced in the starting line-up by Ivan Bukenya, while George Lebese will start ahead of Siphiwe Tshabalala, who will be on the bench.
Meanwhile, Siyabonga Nkosi will get a rare start, his second this season.
The Amakhosi face Stars at Polokwane’s Peter Mokaba Stadium on Tuesday evening (kick-off at 18:00).
The match is the second of a double header. The first match was between the University of Pretoria and Polokwane City. AmaTuks won 5-1.
Free State Stars are second from the bottom (15th position) on the Absa Premiership log with 15 points from 15 matches, while the Amakhosi are on top of the log with 40 points from 16 games.
