Samir Nurković returns for Kaizer Chiefs this afternoon when his team takes on Cape Town City in an Absa Premiership clash. He missed Amakhosi’s last match against Highlands Park due to serving a one-match suspension.
Nurković replaces Lazalous Kambole who got injured in the first half of the last game. The Serb is the only change in the team when compared with the starting 11 against Highlands.
Daniel Akpeyi who kept a clean sheet in the last game will be in goal again this afternoon.
The unchanged defence will see Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya on the left, Kgotso Moleko on the right, while Mulomowandau Mathoho and Daniel Cardoso will be at the centre of Chiefs’ defence.
The midfield will be made up of captain Willard Katsande, George Maluleka, Kearyn Baccus and Lebogang Manyama.
Wednesday’s brace scorer Leonardo Castro will partner Nurković upfront.
The referee is Tinyiko Hlungwani. His assistants are Khamusi Razwimisani and Kenneth Mamegwa. Thamaga Sebati will be the fourth official.
Amakhosi and the Citiizens will kick off at FNB Stadium at 15:30.
