Kaizer Chiefs learnt with much dismay of the incident around the family of Mr Putco Mafani, their Communications Manager.

We take this opportunity to lend our support to the family and trust that the public and our supporters will not arrive to any premature conclusion until the matter has been resolved.

As Kaizer Chiefs we uphold the principle that one is innocent until proven guilty and expect the law to take its due process.

For the time being, Putco Mafani will continue in his duties as the Kaizer Chiefs Communications Manager until the outcome of the case.
