Kaizer Chiefs fan was announced last year as a winner of the MTN Last Fan Standing. The Limpopo born fan is jetting out of the country to Manchester on Friday, 11 March 2011 where he will have an opportunity to hang out with the Barclays Premiership log leaders.

He was at Club’s Headquarters at the Village on Thursday and got to speak to kaizerchiefs.com about the trip and Love & Peace.

Kaizerchiefs.com: You must be looking forward to the trip to the UK...

Papas15: (Smiling) It has been a long wait since I was announced as a winner during last year’s MTN8 Final. I am ready now, both my VISA and Passport have been processed and my stuff, makarapas and everything have already been packed nicely. I will jet out to the country tomorrow.

Kaizerchiefs.com: How long are you going to be in the UK?

Papas15: I will spend 8 days. On Saturday I will get to watch the FA Cup tie between my favourite team (of course after Kaizer Chiefs) Manchester United against Arsenal. I have a very tight schedule while I am there and on Monday I will be able to attend Manchester United’s training session and press conference. I will also get to be hosted by Man U legend Sir Bobby Charlton at the Club suite. It is one of the proudest moments in my life as a fan.

Kaizerchiefs.com: Kaizer Chiefs has always been compared to Manchester United. What do you make of this?

Papas15: I have always felt that both sporting brands have a lot of similarities. The two brands are massive, well marketed and on top of mind. Both teams are also run professionally and most importantly both teams have a culture of winning.

Kaizer Chiefs: What are you taking to UK as a Kaizer Chiefs supporter?

Papas15: Love & Peace. I will also be taking some of my Makarapas to hand to some players. It is a pity that the Vuvuzela is not allowed there. (Smiling)

Kaizer Chiefs: What does the Love & Peace slogan mean to you?

Papas15: It means that as a Kaizer Chiefs supporter you need to support the boys through thick and thin. I get disturbed when I see supporters booing their own players on the pitch or calling for substitutions. Our job as supporters is to support our teams....let’s sing, let’s blow the vuvuzelas and encourage both the players and the Technical Team. We need to refrain from this behaviour and show Love & Peace all the time.

Kaizerchiefs.com: You are a big Ryan Giggs fan...

Papas15: Oh, yes I am his big fan and if there is one person I am looking forward to seeing - it is him. He is a true great and an example to every aspiring professional footballer.

Kaizerchiefs.com: What message do you have for the boys ahead of the Nedbank fixture against Nathi Lions this coming weekend?

Papas15: I am disappointed that I am going to miss this game. I always want to be there and support the team in all the games. I would like to wish the boys and the Technical Team all the best. If we win the Nedbank, we will have an opportunity to participate in Africa.
