Posted in News on Dec 21, 2010.

Kaizer Chiefs along with their coach, Vladimir Vermezovic appeared on charges of unruly behavior and bringing the League into disrepute.

This follows an incident on 02 December 2010 where Vermezovic failed to attend an obligatory interview for SABC Sports Soccer 411 program, thus contravening media manual section “A” which is incorporated in the compliance manual and as agreed in the activation meeting on Friday the 26 November 2010 that two head coaches would attend SABC Program 411. Two players would attend the SuperSport Program, Thursday night with Robert Marawa.

Kaizer Chiefs were fined R50 000, wholly suspended for 12 months. Chiefs also have to issue a written apology to both SABC and SuperSport as well at the PSL within 7 days of the order.
