We conducted a quick Q&A with Morgan Gould as a former SuperSport United player ahead of the league fixture on Saturday night. Gould was a centrepiece at United before joining The Glamour Boys in 2012. He played 99 games for ‘Matsatsantsa’.
What memories do you have of SuperSport United?
Ans: I have good memories all the way. I won the Premiership and Nedbank Cup gold medals with United.
Watching them play recently - how do you see their performance?
Ans: No, I have not watched them play lately. We have been busy with back-to-back games recently, so I can't say much.
You are playing against them this weekend - any emotions?
Ans: It's a normal day in office. We have our goals to achieve. I have no emotions. It is just hard work as always.
How has it been with you since the start of the season?
Ans: Things have been good thus far. I just need to push harder.
And how are the preparations for the game?
We are working as normal. We are taking each game as it comes. We have no other option, we need to work hard.
Siyabonga Nkosi and Katlego Mphela who are both side-lined due to injury, Siboniso Gaxa and George Maluleka have also played for ‘Matsatsantsa’.
