Kaizer Chiefs team were welcomed by a resounding excitement when they arrived at Vodaworld to share the 2014/15 PSL Championship trophy with their main sponsor Vodacom.

Vodacom Chief Commercial Officer South Africa Godfrey Motsa warmly received the Amakhosi squad at their headquarters in Midrand: “Welcome to Kaizer Chiefs. You are not here by mistake. You are worthy champs and we are proud of you. You are the best in the country.”

The gathered crowd, mainly Vodacom staffers, had an opportunity to sign autographs and take pictures with their stars.

Coach Stuart Baxter responded on behalf of Amakhosi: “The reason why we are here is because we won the championship. My apologies for not able to be here last year, maybe we had to give others a chance… But we are here this time. We would like to thank Vodacom for their support. Thanks also to the supporters. God willing, we will be here again next year.”

Chiefs made the traditional stop over at their main sponsor’s headquarters Vodaworld as a sign of appreciation for the partnership with Vodacom.
