Midfielder Siphiwe ‘Shabba’ Tshabalala has been ruled out of action for ten to fourteen days. ‘Shabba’ was injured in a preseason friendly match against Chippa United last Sunday.

A Chippa United player tackled and fell over the midfield maestro’ knee causing harm to the inner ligament of the knee. ‘Shabba’ had a sonar yesterday afternoon, which revealed the extent of the injury.

‘Shabba’ will miss the Carling Black Label Cup this coming Saturday, the 26th of July 2014.
