Six players from Kaizer Chiefs will join the Bafana Bafana squad ahead of the international friendly matches against Poland at National Stadium in Warsaw on Friday, 12 October 2012 and Kenya at National Stadium in Nairobi on Tuesday, 16 October 2012.

Gordon Igesund naming the squad at SAFA House on Tuesday, 02 October 2012 called six players from Naturena, Goalkeeper Itumeleng ‘Spider Kid’ Khune, defender Eric ‘Tower’ Mathoho, midfielder George ‘Whatsup’ Lebese, Reneilwe ‘Yeye’ Letsholonyane, Siphiwe ‘Shabba’ Tshabalala and Bernard ‘Benito’ Parker.

There was no place in the squad for injured Siboniso Gaxa and recovering Tsepo Masilela.
