Songwiqi ruled out of Maritzburg game

Siyabulela Songwiqi has been ruled out of the game against Maritzburg United on Saturday due to injury he sustained against Bloemfontein Celtic.

Team Physio, Dave Milner revealed to kaizerchiefs.com on Friday, 28 January 2011.

Also missing in action is Mthokozisi Yende who caught a bout of flu ahead of Bloemfontein Celtic/Chiefs game on Wednesday, 26 January 2010.

“Songwiqi went for scan on Thursday and he will be out for two to three weeks. Yende will only start full with the team training on Saturday,” said Milner

Milner also added that striker, Kaizer Motaung JR will be back at training mid next week following a groin injury he sustained against AmaZulu.

Chiefs though will be boosted by the return of industrious midfielder, Reneilwe Letsholonyane who missed the trip to Bloemfontein due to suspension.
