The Eastern Cape born midfielder who scored his first goal against SuperSport United back in October 2010 had come in as a substitute but a bad tackle from Celtic defender reduced his stay on the field for only five minutes as he was replaced by Lucky Khune.

Meanwhile, Reneilwe Letsholonyane who was one of the interested spectators on the stands at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium showered praise on his teammates following a hard fought draw against Bloemfontein Celtic.

The Soweto born midfielder who was serving one match suspension against Bloemfontein Celtic had driven down from Johannesburg with his teammate, Siphiwe Tshabalala to give support to the team.

“It was our aim that we return to Johannesburg with all the points but here you can see that the team fought against all odds. Celtic has proven to be hard to beat at home and you can’t blame them with the kind of support that they have.

I was always confident though that we will come back despite going down 2-0 early in the game. Credit should go to the guys for the fighting spirit. We now have to put the Celtic game behind as we have another tough challenge against Maritzburg this coming weekend,” said.
