Well here is your chance!! The Amakhosi joined the world football elite when they were including by FIFA and Electronic Arts as one of the featured teams on the soon to be released FIFA 2006 game.
The game, which cost Electronic Arts around R 80 million rand to develop sells 30 million units around the world. The game features the top national teams from around the globe as well as the world’s best leagues.
The Amakhosi and their rivals become the first Southern African club teams to be featured with Egyptian giants Al Ahly and Zamalek being on the Millennium edition of the game.
The launch of the game, held on Thursday night at the Trendy Johannesburg night spot Taboo, was hosted by popular 5fm DJ Zureid Jardine.
EA Sports have said that they are looking at bringing into the market place a specific game for the PSL in the future. For now though, the FIFA 2006 game will be available in stores from the 1st October. Get ready for some great action!
