Jomo Cosmos are currently lying on the bottom of the Absa Premiership table, while the Glamour Boys are on third position with 42 points and with five games to go.
The Glamour Boys had no problems beating them in the first leg, with both former Jomo Cosmos players, Nkosinathi Nhleko and Reneilwe Letsholonyane, finding the back of the net as Chiefs cruised to victory.
“It is going to be more difficult this time around,” said Vladimir Vermezovic.
“We are playing against a team that is fighting for life in the Absa Premiership and they will want to use us to change their fortunes.
Despite the win the last time we met, they did give us couple of problems and we are anticipating an even bigger fight this time around. However, as a coach I can only worry about what we need to do as compared to the opposition,” he said.
The Coach said that they have put the disappointing draw against Moroka Swallows behind them and are looking forward to the Cosmos game.
“It was disappointing to get a single point midweek but now that game is water under the bridge. Preparations for Jomo Cosmos have gone well without any hassles. With the exception of Molekwane and K (Kaizer Motaung Jr), everyone is ready for this game,” he said.
The Serbian also congratulated young striker, Knowledge Musona, for being a joint winner of the Jet Rookie Player of the Month Award.
“We are all happy for (Knowledge) Musona. I had a chat with him the other day and he should know more work is ahead,” he added.
Kick-off for the game is at 3:30pm.
