Lucky Baloyi revealed to kaizerchiefs.com on Tuesday morning that he and his teammates are unfazed following a defeat by Platinum Stars on Saturday.

The Polokwane born utility player made his first appearance of the season on Saturday replacing Siyabonga Nkosi at halftime.

“It was good to make a comeback in the team. I believed that I would make a come back to the team and am grateful for the Technical Team to give me an opportunity to show what I can offer. There is a lot of competition for places and I am going to continue working hard."

A product of Kaizer Chiefs Youth Development, Baloyi said the Glamour Boys continue to take it one game at a time; “We immediately put the defeat by Platinum Stars behind us after the game. It was not a nice feeling to lose the game as we are used to winning."

“It happens in football though, but we are not discouraged. The journey is still very much on, in fact we are fired up and can’t wait for our next game. Our aim is to return to our winning ways as soon as possible."

“We are taking it one game at a time. Our focus now is on Ajax Cape Town. The game against Platinum Stars is now history."

“I would like to call on the supporters to continue believing in this team. Let us Reclaim The Glory! At Kaizer Chiefs we win together and lose together,” added Baloyi.
