Kaizer Chiefs will be looking to dim Platinum Stars when they meet in the Absa Premiership encounter on Saturday, 21 September 2013 at FNB Stadium.
The Glamour Boys played to their first goalless draw of the season in midweek, as they were held to a stalemate by Bloemfontein Celtic.
The Soweto giants have recorded four points from two home matches so far this season. The reigning league Champions, Amakhosi, are placed seventh on the Absa Premiership with eight points from five matches, two points behind leaders, SuperSport United.
Chiefs will be aware that Platinum Stars have not recorded a loss so far in this season after having won their last fixture against TUKS. Dikwena are currently placed fourth on the log.
Chiefs and Stars have met in 20 league matches since 2003/4.
The Amakhosi have claimed eight wins compared to three of Dikwena, while nine matches have been drawn. Chiefs have won three of their 10 home matches against Stars, suffering two defeats in the process.
Last season Dikwena took four points off Amakhosi, winning 2-0 in Rustenburg before drawing the return match 0-0.
Kickoff for the match is at 20:15
