6th placed Chiefs who had their game postponed on Wednesday due to weather conditions will be hoping to climb the Absa Premiership table while adding on Maritzburg woes who lost to Platinum Stars on Wednesday.
Head Coach, Vladimir Vermezovic speaking to kaizerchiefs.com on Friday morning said he was not concerned about Maritzburg United’s result this past Wednesday.
“They will be a totally different team when they play us so their result on Wednesday does not concern us, we are fully focused on preparing the team to bring back three points on Sunday,” said Vermezovic.
“We are expecting a tough game against them as they beat us in Soweto in the first round. It is now time for a revenge,” he said with a smile.
“Preparations have obviously been going well with Valery Nahayo also back training full time with the team. The boys are confident going to this one and hopefully we will continue where we left of last Sunday,” he concluded.
