Mr. and Mrs. Tshakela have had a “true and unforgettable” experience of being Khosi 4 Life. Since they won from an exciting and fun-filled SMS competition of the Amakhosi Zone, they have for a moment forgot about coming from the rural Welkom mine, and took pleasure for the return of their youthful days where they traveled around the country with the entire group of Amakhosi Family to watch all the Kaizer Chiefs Vodacom Challenge games.
They undoubtedly consider themselves very lucky to have had a life-time opportunity to fly for the first time in the airplane to Cape Town, PE and back to OR Tambo to watch the final, to reside in 5 star hotels, and to meet and greet the Amakhosi superstars, management and the Club’s Chairman Mr. Kaizer Motaung.
The two proud Kaizer Chiefs supporters could not hold their excitement when they met for the first time, the Kaizer Chiefs Boss Mr. Motaung during a special Kaizer Chiefs dinner held at the Brazillia Restaurant in Nelson Mandela Bay after beating Pirates on Thursday night. “We have always supported Kaizer Chiefs but we never thought our love and support for the Club would come this far. We want to thank you for your inspiring leadership and ability to hold the Phefeni glamour boys like you did over the years. We will support Kaizer Chiefs all the way” said the overwhelmed Amakhosi die-hards.
Mr. and Mrs. Tshakela had an exhilarating and fulfilling experience of the Amakhosi Zone, an exclusively reserved area of the Amakhosi supporters, celebrities, legends and staff. There were moments where the two lucky winners would scream and dance in the vibrant and colourful Amakhosi Zone. Cementing their commitment to the Club, the couple signed-up for a free and newly packaged Amakhosi Supporters Club membership card, to indulge in the value adding benefits of being a card carrying Kaizer Chiefs supporter. The benefits include a funeral cover valued @ R15 000 for the couple.
The Tshakelas have for the entire experience been hosted by the newly appointed Public Relations Manager, Siyabulela Makunga. “I was personally humbled by the appreciation these two have shown for the awesome treat of Kaizer Chiefs, more particularly that we have been able make their remarkable dreams come through. Being 44 and just when you tell yourself that it will never happen, somebody offers you an opportunity to do something that changes your life completely, Your first air flight is definitely something you will never forget” he said.
