Lehlohonolo Majoro scored two goals when the Amakhosi beat Botswana’s Mochudi Centre Chiefs in a friendly match played in Botswana on 16 November 2013.

‘Major’ thanked Coach Baxter for affording him game time that gave him an opportunity to score the two beautiful goals.

“The goals meant a lot to me and my confidence. I think that’s the step in the right direction as I have been struggling to break into the team. It is always good to contribute to the team success. Against Wits, in the league, I contributed with a header which led to us bagging the maximum points in that game.

“Credit must go to my teammates especially George (Lebese) who spotted me with a great cross on that night. George understands me and we both and together with the team want to make the supporters happy. I have scored many goals before with a header. It is matter of good positioning and good supply of crosses,” Major was speaking before the Team training on Thursday morning.

Kaizer Chiefs take on Platinum Stars in the TKO semi-final, this Saturday, 23 November 2013. Kickoff is at 20:15.

“Platinum Stars are a good side. They have won trophies and done well in the league last season. Even this season they are looking good in the league. They used to be a small team now they are a big side with credentials,” said Majoro, speaking about their opponents this coming Saturday.
