Tshabalala deal to United a ‘blatant lie’ – Bobby Motaung

Posted in News on Jul 23, 2010.

Football Manager, Bobby Motaung on Friday morning laughed off reports emanating from Wikipedia website that the Phiri born midfielder, Siphiwe Tshabalala signed a three-year deal with English Premiership giants, Manchester United on 22 July 2010.

Speaking to kaizerchiefs.com at the Club HQ Motaung said Tshabalala remains at Club and fans should not be misled by media reports claiming otherwise, “Siphiwe is at camp with the rest of the players having returned to training following an extended break.

The reports linking him to Manchester United and any other club at this stage is a blatant lie. We will be calling a press conference in the next couple of days to make relevant announcements ahead of the 2010/2011 campaign,” added the perturbed Motaung.
