Kaizer Chiefs’ Waterval Branch held their monthly supporters meeting on Sunday, 23 November. It was attended by Amakhosi’s Manager Supporters Structures Tracy Williams.

Of course, the meeting started with a reflection on the Mamelodi Sundowns clash the day before, which resulted in a draw. Many Waterval Branch supporters attended the match at the FNB Stadium. As usual in these kinds of discussions an interesting debate followed on who should and shouldn’t have played.

Williams spoke at the meeting about the new Amakhosi Supporters Club, which will be launched next year, outlining a proposed strategy.

The Amakhosi supporters asked numerous questions, giving insight into what they want and expect from the new Supporters Club.

“It is a privilege to have the opportunity to meet the people behind the flags,” Williams concluded the exchange of information. “You are all amazing Amakhosi supporters who truly love Kaizer Chiefs. We are one big family and I always feel at home when visiting Branches.”

“It was really wonderful to have someone from Head Office to attend the meeting," Waterval Branch Chairman David Sindana reacted. “It shows that Kaizer Chiefs really cares about their supporters and values our opinions”.
