The Glamour Boys were back to business at Kaizer Chiefs Village on Tuesday under the expert tutelage of Head Coach, Vladimir Vermezovic.
“The spirit in the camp remains high but we know that we have to keep our eyes on the ball and focus on each game we play,” said ‘Rambo’ who seems to be back at his best in the heart of defence.
“Our aim is to defend the Telkom Knockout again this season. We know that it is going to be tough playing away against Platinum Stars but then again we were in the same situation two seasons back when we played almost all the games away.
“I am happy with the way things have turned out for me this season. I do know that I can always improve and contribute more to the success of the team. I will keep on working hard and grab each opportunity presented to me by the Technical Team.
Sweswe was also pleased with the performance of his partner against Leopards last Sunday, “Brent (Lawler) is still young but you can see the potential. We communicated regularly during the game at Peter Mokaba.
After the game together with his compatriots, Tinashe Nengomasha, Lincoln Zvasiya and Jimmy Jambo they spoke briefly to Black Leopards mentor, Sunday Chidzama.
“He was our Coach in the national team so we made time to speak to him briefly after the game. We just encouraged him to keep his head up as they have been struggling to win games this season.
