Winger, Siphiwe Tshabalala was without a doubt the most famous player as the Glamour Boys stepped out to the bus on Friday morning for their first training session at Sam Nojuma Stadium.

Shabba warned the local side speaking to the local media that he and his teammates will do everything to leave a lasting impression to the legions of Club fans in Namibia.

“Namibia is a nice country but we are here to play,” said the dreadlocked winger who scored a stunner during the opening game of the FIFA 2010 World Cup held in South Africa recently.

“We are taking this game very serious as we are preparing for the upcoming season. Last season we once again came third in the league but this coming season as the team we are determined to do much better than that.”

“The Technical Team has assembled a very good side this season with a good mixture of young experienced players and I am sure starting on Saturday here (Sam Nojuma Stadium) we will be able to translate the work we have been doing over the past couple of days to positive result,” said Shabba.
