Kaizer Chiefs will look to end the Absa Premiership season on a high when they host AmaZulu at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 10 May 2014, kick-off at 15h00.

Fullback Kgotso Moleko expressed disappointment at the trophy-less season but said he and his teammates are looking ahead to the challenges that lie ahead. "We feel sad but that's in the past, we tried our best under a testing schedule this season," said Moleko.

Moleko played his first official game for Chiefs in a resounding 6 - 0 win over Amazulu in 2012/13 Psl season. Moleko shared the memories of the demolishing job at Moses Mabhida Stadium then:

First game for Chiefs?

"I had just joined Chiefs from Bloemfontein Celtic last season. We beat Amazulu by 6 - 0. I was not yet fully fit but I had a good game playing for about 85 minutes. It was a good start as we went on to win the league and Cup double," commented Moleko.

Going to Polokwane with no trophy to play for?

"There is always a lot at stake anytime we play a match, be it a friendly game or official competition. This time around we want to finish the season with the highest points possible in the league. Remember there's pride at stake when Chiefs take to the field and more so there's our supporters who have been faithful and amazing over the many years of existence of this Club, we have to give them something to smile about," said Moleko.

Preparations for the game?

"We are prepared for the game. I have just returned from an injury I picked up against SuperSport United. I got a knock on the same ankle in the last match against Tuks but I'm fit to play if selected. We are prepared as a Team to defend the pride of the Amakhosi," said Moleko.

Your opponents, Amazulu?

"We have done well against Usuthu recently but we know this will be a different ball game. Actually they want to be in the top 8, so they will come at us with all their guns blazing. We respect our opponents all the time, but we will be ready to win on Saturday," said a cheery and confident Moleko.

What do you say to the supporters?

"The supporters must come in big numbers. We will do our best to win the game. We are disappointed but not discouraged. We tried our best to win trophies for them but things didn't go our way this season. It's all in the past now," said Moleko.

Tickets are available at Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers for R40. Gates open at 11:30 and kickoff is at 15:00.
