Siphiwe Tshabalala paid a glowing tribute to his teammates following his ‘Man of the Match’ performance against Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday, 31 March 2013. ‘Shabba’ created one and scored the other, a well-executed free kick from Bernard Parker in the second half.

"I think credit should go to my teammates for executing the game plan well. We knew coming here was going to be a difficult game and I think at the end of the day, we wanted it more and we are all pleased with three points.

"We showed composure especially in the second half where we also kept possession for longer spells which frustrated the opponents.

Shabba added; "We have to take it one game at a time. We are hosting Maritzburg United on Wednesday, 3 April at Peter Mokaba Stadium and we cannot take anything for granted. It is a very important game for us against a top team. We will need to be at our best."

Meanwhile Stuart Baxter paid tribute to Shabba who has scored four goals and made seven assists this season; "He is a very important player to the team. He works hard for the team.

"If you get a winger to play well on the line and inside it gives you options as a Coach. He has been doing well and we are pleased with his performances.
