Towering defender, Tefu Mashamaite said that he and his teammates will keep on fighting following a controversial draw against Golden Arrows on Saturday, 06 April 2013.

The Glamour Boys were denied a clear goal in the eighth minute and Reneilwe Letsholonyane was sent off under controversial circumstances forcing the Glamour Boys to play with 10 men for sixty minutes of the game.

In the 46th minute Chiefs' influential defender, Morgan Gould was replaced by Lincoln Zvasiya following an injury to his knee.

"We knew when we started this road that it was not going to be easy for us," said Tefu Mashamaite who was voted Man of the Match following the pulsating encounter.

"It was a blow to lose two players (Morgan Gould and Reneilwe Letsholonyane) but we never dropped our heads as we kept on fighting.

"We are aware that we needed to go out and win games. No one is going to do favours for us.

"I do think credit should go to my teammates for the job well done against Arrows even though we did not win the game. We showed good spirit and intent to stand up and be counted this season," added Mashamaite.
