This Saturday, the 28th of August 2010, we begin our race for the 2010/11 Premier Cup championship with a match against Golden Arrows at the Rand Stadium, a venue that carries historic moments of South African football.

Thirteen of the fifteen home matches will be played at the stadium unless we are affected to change our venue by unforeseen circumstances. We may also use the venue to host some of our cup matches to revive the erstwhile memories of lifting trophies at the recently refurbished home ground.

In making our supporters comfortable, the Marketing Team is currently planning a series of feel-good programmes that will surely make our supporters experience the Kaizer Chiefs family values whilst our lads battle it out in the field. Our hospitality area will be graced by top-notch professional hosts that will surely make our elite supporters welcome.

Our Supporters Relations Team together with the Retail Crew will continuously set their recruitment and merchandise services throughout the season. Be on the lookout for our kiosks around the stadium where various authentic and legitimate KC products including T/Shirts, caps, lapels and many others will be on sale. Our kiosks will also provide facilities that process your membership cards immediately and on the spot.

You will also have an opportunity to interact with Management to get the latest information on your favourite team. If you are lucky and depending on the arrangements with the team, you may meet one or two of the players that may be assigned on the day.

Whilst we appreciate your support, we challenge you to work with all of us by being cheerful and helpful to our objectives. We shall pursue our campaign that addresses the booing of players, the harassing of the coach, the throwing of missiles into the pitch, the abuse of vulnerable women supporters and many other stadium ills that tarnish our image.

We are still within our Fortieth Year Anniversary Celebrations and any behavior that distorts this epic achievement will surely set us backwards.

Therefore, buy your tickets on time, arrive at the stadium on time and come in numbers through your branch structures, to enjoy a Kaizer Chiefs experience that is geared at sustaining our legacy of achievement! Bring your best and cheerful persona and work with our security personnel to support and encourage the boys!
