Whatever your faith or beliefs, we will all be appreciating the Christmas break a little bit more this year.
As we mark our second year in the midst of a global pandemic, our Club motto of Love & Peace rings even more true.
We hope you take this special time to relax and recharge, and to cherish and appreciate the gift of family, friends and the company of loved ones.
Be kind to yourself, be kind to others, knowing we have all been through a lot this year, and let’s show love to especially those less fortunate this festive season.
Christmas is a time for reflection and gratitude and no matter how difficult things may have been, let’s take a moment to give thanks for being spared another year and take the time to remember those we have lost this year.
We are fortunate to have a family of millions who are part of the Kaizer Chiefs global family. We have missed feeling your energy in person this year, your personality, your love and your passion for the Club in the stands.
But even though we have had to play our football behind closed doors this year, we have still been strengthened and emboldened by your support and your love for the Club, as we embark on a new era of growth.
We want to thank you for your countless messages of support and encouragement this year. It is greatly appreciated and something all at the Club draws considerable strength from.
We hope you use this summer break to re-energise, reflect and find new meaning and purpose for 2022.
Please also remember to drive safe – don’t drink and drive – celebrate graciously with caution and discipline on the roads.
On behalf of the club, I wish our beloved Amakhosi supporters a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
God bless Amakhosi. God bless all in our beautiful country.
