Kaizer Chiefs coach Gavin Hunt has decided to make one change to his team for this afternoon against Baroka when compared with Saturday’s team that played against Stellenbosch FC. The change will see Reeve Frosler start his first game after recovering from the injury he picked up in November during the Soweto Derby. He comes in for Darrel Matsheke.
The other ten players will keep their places in the line-up for the game against Bakgakga ba ga Mphahlele this afternoon.
After his two consecutive clean sheets in the last two league matches, goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi will be in goal for The Glamour Boys.
Defenders from left to right will be Philani Zulu, Mulomowandau Mathoho, Anthony Akumu Agay and Siyabonga Ngezana.
Daniel Cardoso will be in midfield. He will be joined the young Nkosingiphile Ngcobo. They will be flanked by Happy Mashiane and Frosler.
The attacking duo of Lebogang Manyama and Samir Nurković will be entrusted with getting the goals for the home team.
Nurković will for the second game in the row wear the captain’s armband.
The referee of the match is Abongile Tom. His assistant are Lalelani Mngadi and Mduduzi Thwala. Nhlakanipho Thwala is the fourth official.
The DStv Premiership match between host Amakhosi and Bakgaka will commence at 17:00 at FNB Stadium. No spectators will be allowed in the stadium.. The game will be live on SuperSport Channel 202 and various Sabc stations, with updates of the match on Twitter @KaizerChiefs.
