Amakhosi are set to open their account of the 2017/18 Absa Premiership season with a bang when they visit Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday, 20 August. There’s never a dull moment when Amakhosi encounter Siwelele Sa Masele. The Free State Stadium will be buzzing on Sunday with both set of supporters expected to turn out in large numbers.
The 2017/18 Absa Premiership was launched on Monday night with a glittering ceremony held at the SuperSport studios in Randburg.
The ceremony was marked by the announcement of the renewal of the Absa sponsorship to the much acclaimed PSL league. With the announcement, the tone is set for a tantalising season of South African football.
Tickets for Kaizer Chiefs’ opening match of the season against Bloemfontein Celtic are available on sale at TicketPro outlets and online for R40 and R50.
