Castro Comes To Chiefs
On Saturday, 16 December, Kaizer Chiefs announced the transfer of striker Leonardo Castro from Mamelodi Sundowns to Naturena.
The Colombian marksman will officially join the Phefeni Glamour Boys during the mid-season transfer window period which opens in January 2018.
Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager, Bobby Motaung expressed his appreciation to Sundowns for their professionalism and cooperation during the negotiations, which went smoothly.
“It is not a secret that we have been in the market for a striker and are delighted that we have found a player of Castro’s quality. He will certainly add more firepower to the talent we have in our striking department,” says Motaung.
